Goosewell Primary Academy is part of Reach South Academy Trust. The Academy Trust is its own admitting authority, however, it has decided to become incorporated into the Local Authority admissions procedures. The parents' of a child wishing to join the school will have to contact Plymouth Schools' Admissions team before their child can start at Goosewell Primary Academy.

Pupils joining us in year and live in Plymouth:
Admission Arrangements 2026/2027
Children born between 1 September 2022 and 31 August 2023 are due to start primary school in September 2027.
If you live in Plymouth you can apply for a primary, infant or junior school place for your child from November 2026.
If you do not live in Plymouth but want to apply for a Plymouth school, you will need to apply through your local council.
